A Williamsburg couple is getting a small boost from the county when it comes to rebuilding their home after it was destroyed by fire. Franklin County Planning and Zoning Director, Pat Toth, says it has become standard practice to waive permit fees in such cases:
Toth says it also helps the public understand his department will work with them in hardship situations.
