The Osborn Terrace Bridge north and west of Ottawa has been under construction for quite a while and last week, crews poured the bridge deck. Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee says it’s a significant advancement:
Franklin County also has another bridge coming under construction soon. It’s on Texas Road just south of Sand Creek. That bridge will be completely replaced. It is in the design stage right now. Lee says they expect to send it out for bids and have construction started late next year.
