As the latest renovations take place in the “Pave the Way” project in Osawatomie, the streets around town are starting to look good. Several phases have been completed and the latest phase on Brown Avenue between 7th and 12th is well underway and hopefully nearing completion. Scanlon says that the street project is being paid for by a sales tax approved by voters a couple years ago, their portion of the Miami County sales tax revenue and various government grants and gifts.
