The Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees meeting became a little spirited during a discussion of using sales tax money for charity care at AdventHealth Ottawa. Doctor Kenneth Frank is a Board Member, and he emphasized that the hospital would do charity care regardless of whether there was a sales tax to support the hospital…………the comment drew a response from an audience member, Carla Griffith:
Griffith says there are people already calling for another vote on the sales tax on whether it should continue or be repealed……..something Griffith says she does not want to see happen.
