Many elementary students and their parents will be excited about an upcoming event that will provide free shoes. AdventHealth Ottawa Chief Operations Officer, Doug Rich, explained the program at the Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees Meeting, which is also attended by AdventHealth Ottawa officials….he says all Franklin County grade schools will be included:
