Douglas County District Attorney, Suzanne Valdez, announced yesterday, January 5th, that 38-year-old Ryan J. Lawrence of Ottawa, will serve 22 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections for a violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act and for two counts of exposing himself in January of last year.
According to the Douglas County District Attorney’s office, Judge Stacey Donovan sentenced Lawrence, who was convicted November of last year, after he failed to register a vehicle. All three sentences will run concurrently and Lawrence will serve 24 months of post-releaser supervision.
