When you don’t have enough snowplow’s, you borrow whatever you can. That’s essentially what the Franklin County Public Works Department has done during the winter storms. Public Works Director David Lee told the County Commission about the situation:
Lee says at least two large snowplows experienced mechanical issues, with one snowplow transmission going out.
