The Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs Mobile Operations will be at the Ottawa Walmart Saturday, January 27th, from 8:00 – 12:00. Director of Public Affairs and Outreach Joe Blubaugh, says the Veteran Services Representatives will be on hand to assist veterans with questions about or to file for VA services and benefits. They are hoping to get the word out to local veterans about this free service.
The Kansas Enhanced Veteran Services Program is a proven outreach program that makes applying for Federal and State Benefits easier for veterans and eligible family members. They can also help you file claims for education benefits, pensions, compensation benefits, spouse and dependent benefits, and much more.
