The city of Ottawa has started work on a Guidance Plan on what kind of business development and other elements it wants to see come into town. Ottawa Planner Zack Martin says it amounts to working on a Gateway Plan.
Martin says this Overlay Plan is still very early in its stages and will take some time to complete.
