A Franklin County farm couple have been honored with the Kansas Bankers Soil Conservation Award for their conservation practices. During the annual meeting of the Franklin County Conservation District, Sydney Kuhn of Oak Star Bank talked about Scott and Liz Ellis:
The other soil conservation recipients were Jerry and Jeanette Wood of rural Pomona.
