Kansas will hold a Presidential Preference Election in March. The state has held the election before, but, it’s been 30 years since the last one. In the election, you won’t be electing a president, but deciding who you want to see on the ballot in November’s General Election. It is a two party election, Republican or Democrat. County Clerk Janet Paddock spoke with KOFO’s Brad Howard and says there is an important deadline coming up.

Again, if you need to change your voter registration, if you moved, or got married, the deadline is February 20th. The Kansas Presidential Preference Primary will be held March 19th.
