It’ll be several years before it takes effect, but students at Ottawa High school will eventually have some new graduation requirements. High School Principal Kelly Whittaker says it won’t affect students until later this decade:
School officials say the new requirements basically reduces the number of elective courses future high school students will be able to choose from, and gears toward more required courses of various subjects.
