Franklin County fire crews responded to a report of a structure fire this weekend. Just after midnight on saturday, February 17th, emergency responders were called to 132 South Kallack Street in Richmond on a report of a house fire. Upon arriving on scene, they found the residence was fully engulfed in flame. Firefighters took up a defensive position and extinguished the flames; however, the home owned by 60-year-old Rebecca James from Oskaloosa, was a total loss. No damage estimate for the fire was given and thankfully, no injuries were reported in the incident
