The Anderson County Review recently published a notice of Anderson County Real Estate Market Analysis. In the notice, it states that the report is not an appraisal of market analysis that complies with the uniform standards of professional appraisal; but, it’s intended to give a broad county wide overview of real property market trends. The study indicated that there is an overall annual inflationary increase of about 9% county wide. It also indicated the overall countywide commercial real estate market with an overall inflationary increase of about 5% county wide. A study of the real estate market for vacant land indicated that there is an overall annual inflationary increase of 4.97% county wide.
The information listed represented county wide medians and is not intended to be a direct indicator of any particular property’s value.
