Trying to find quality people who want to be police officers in today’s day and age is becoming increasingly difficult and recruiting them to be officers in a small town is even harder. Paola Police Chief Chad Corbin, in an interview with Miami County Republic Managing Editor, Brian McCauley, says they have to plug the good with the bad to potential officers:
January 15th, Chad Corbin was officially appointed to the role of Chief of Police by City Manager, Randi Shannon. Chief Corbin has served as Interim Chief since April of 2023.
