The Osage County Attorney’s Office has announced that 52-year-old Michale Brumbaugh of Osage City, has been sentenced to 79 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections. Brumbaugh pled guilty to distribution of methamphetamine in December of 2022. While waiting for sentencing, he was arrested on additional charges and later pled guilty to possession of cocaine in December of 2023. Following his prison sentence, Brumbaugh will be subject to 36 months of post release supervision and be required to register as a drug offender for 15 years.
