Some companies inquiring about Proximity Park are demanding something it doesn’t have………an already existing building. Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, says some companies put out their requirements:
Bean has previously said that he responds to companies only if they look like they would be a good fit for Ottawa and Franklin County.
