If you are caught in a tornado, where should you go? That was in part answered during a severe weather program at Ottawa Memorial Auditorium last night, March 5th. National Weather Service Meteorologist Jennifer Prieto says going down under is the best bet.
Prieto says the last several years have actually been below normal in terms of tornadoes in Kansas. Despite that, she says, Kansas ranks second in tornado frequency behind Texas.
