The Ottawa City Commission will meet tonight and one of the items on the agenda is continued discussion of flood insurance for the city. Should they cancel their flood insurance? City Manager Brian Silcott says there are three options:
Silcott says that the third option is to cancel the insurance outright and not have any contingency plan, but he believes that is not something anyone in the city or on the commission wants to do. The meeting is at 7:00 tonight, April 3rd, at City Hall. KOFO will air the meeting live.
