The O-Town Reads program sponsored, by Ottawa Library, has drawn a good response. Library Director Terri Chartier says hundreds of people participated:
Chartier says last year’s Oz theme for O-Town Reads may have been slightly larger in participation, but this years’ program was a great success nevertheless. This year’s book was entitled “The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot” and tells the story of a terminally ill young girl and elderly woman who become good friends, and share their experiences during their remaining days of life.
