There might be some changes coming to the Veterans Day displays in Ottawa. Franklin County Honors Secretary, Derrick Larcom, explained the situation to the County Commission:
The majority of commissioners indicated they’re ok with the request and likely putting the whole Veterans Day display at the Memorial in future years.
