Did you travel to witness the total solar eclipse Tuesday, April 9th? If so, did you feel ill yesterday? Many people who witnesses the Arc of Totality report some type of sickness afterward. Now, maybe they are just trying to get another day off work, but, hundreds of people are feeling what is being called ‘eclipse sickness’. The feeling of being wiped out, nausea, no appetite, a feeling of doom.
Some say this is due to coming down from an adrenaline rush, the excitement and build up of the event can involve a crash. Maybe dealing with several hundred thousand extra travelers on the road had something to do with it. But, who am I to judge, go ahead and take another day off work to feel better, you deserve it!
