The Franklin County Planning Commission has approved recommending that 11 acres of land near Homewood be rezoned from Transitional Agriculture to a Residential Estate Zone. Land owner, Fred Funk says the land rezone and expected sale is mainly to sustain living costs:
The 11 acre rezone is part of a 35 acre plot of land at the location.
