A woman employed by the Ottawa Water Production Department was honored during the regular City Commission meeting. Monica Wurtz is the Apprenticeship Program Coordinator for the Kansas Rural Water Association and she says Wynter Ziegler has really applied herself during the two year Apprenticeship Program:
Wynter was also recognized during the Kansas Rural Water Association Annual Conference at the end of March.
