How many people are homeless in Ottawa? There may never be an exact answer to that question, but there are too many. The Ottawa City Commission is studying the problem and trying to come up with solutions. Neighborhood and Community Services Director Lucas Neece says he might have a fairly accurate estimate of some of the homeless.
The city plans to discuss homelessness and possible solutions over the next several months.
