On Tuesday, May 21st, Ottawa Police officers were called to a residence in the 110 block of Eagle Pass Court on a report of a man that was naked in a yard of a home in that area. Upon arrival, officers located the man and determined that the behavior he displayed was a crime. Evidence supporting the crime was also recovered at the scene. As a result, 62-year-old Gary Fritts, of Ottawa was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior. No detail on the exact nature of the crimes committed was released by the Ottawa Police.
