Working conditions at AdventHealth Ottawa appear to be much improved, if the employee turnover rate can be factored in. During the regular Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees Meeting, at which AdventHealth officials are also present, Chief Nursing Officer, Stacy Steiner gave some surprising, but encouraging statistics:
