People often think of bunnies as cute little creatures, featured in Easter celebrations and county fairs; but, what if one jumped up and bit you in the face? One little rabbit in Iowa is doing just that and it has some people petrified and others angry. Such an animal has ben terrorizing a community outside Des Moines, Iowa. People living in Petty say a cute black bunny, patrolling their neighborhood, has been far from friendly, aggressively lunging at them. One lady says it did more than that to her:
The rabbit also bit a 13-year old girl, breaking the skin and requiring rabies shots. The bunny has been known to not let people out of their cars and chase people to their doors. Multiple police reports have been filed and finally city workers caught the rabbit and took it to the city’s wast water treatment plant, where it was released. It has not been seen since.
According to the U. S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, if an unfamiliar animal bites you, you need to wash the wound and seek medical care.
