The Ottawa Fire Department has seen changes in leadership the past few months. When former chief, Tim Mathias retired, Assistant Chief Shawn Dillon was promoted to Chief and Lieutenant Stewart Wolzen to Assistant Chief. He says after his first firefighter instruction class, in the training trailer, he was hooked:
