A proposal to build a house at 823 East Wilson stirred up some controversy during the Ottawa Planning Commission Study Session. Planning Commission member Bill Crowley says a sewer line needs to be located farther from the structure.
Eventually the commission voted to recommend denial of permission for the project with the view that the developer comes up with more appropriate plans.
