The Franklin County Planning Commission has approved a rezone of some land at 3836 Delaware Road from an agriculture zone to a single family residential zone. Planning and Zoning Director Pat Toth says one requirement for the rezone is the availability of water:
After some discussion, the Planning Commission decided to amend a motion to approve the rezone to require a five acre parcel instead of the three acres…this action prevents the creation of an isolated zone parcel…..also known as spot zoning.
