If you want to vote in the upcoming elections, and they are big ones, today, July 16th, is the last day to get registered. Franklin County Clerk Janet Paddock says her office can help you with the process:
Again the Voter Registration deadline is today. You need to update your registration if you have moved in the past year or have changed political parties. Paddock says her office is open from 8:00 in the morning until 4:30 this afternoon in the Franklin County Courthouse in Downtown Ottawa. Early voting will begin July 22nd and ends the Monday before the primary election, August 5th. Make sure your voice can be heard on election day, register, and vote.
