National Donut Day was June 7th, , but, today is the day a lot of donut lovers in Ottawa have been looking forward to. Daylight Donuts reopens today at their new location, caddy corner from the old one. They opened at 4:30 this morning with drive through only service until 11:00. Owner Charity mccain says it will be drive through only until saturday. That day, will be their grand opening, starting at 8. McCain says that the first 50 customers Saturday morning, July 20th, after 7:00 will receive, what she calls free donut “bling”!
The Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a special ribbon cutting for Daylight Donuts new location Saturday, August 21st at 8:00 in the morning. So, whether it’s twists, bismarks, donut holes, or that savory maple bacon long john you are craving, remember:
