Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the 3000 block of Allen Road just after noon on Wednesday, July 17th, on the report of an injury accident. Upon arrival they found a single car involved. Forty six-year-old Beverly Ferris, of Richmond was traveling westbound in a 2004 Buick when she lost control and left the roadway, striking a ditch and causing the vehicle to overturn. Beverly was transported by ambulance to Anderson County Hospital for minor injuries, and her passenger, 60-year-old Sheryl Fratiello, of Richmond, was transported by ambulance to Overland Park Regional Hospital. The vehicle was a total loss.
