The Ottawa City Commission will meet tomorrow afternoon and one item on the agenda is is a proclamation recognizing Friday as Access Awareness Day. City Manager Brian Silcott.
It’s estimated that 1 in 6 people worldwide have some sort of accessibility issue. The proclamation will be accepted by the Accessibility Advisory board members and Director of Neighborhood and Community Services Lucas Neece. The meeting will be held at 4 tomorrow afternoon and will be livestreamed on the City of Ottawa’s Facebook page.
