The long-awaited K-68 Access Management Plan conducted by the Kansas Department of Transportation with input from the city of Ottawa has been completed and released. During the regular Ottawa City commission Meeting, KDOT Planner, Andrew Robertson talked about some specifics of the study:
The study is designed to improve traffic safety and economic development along the K-68 route.
