It looks like food at the grocery store will cost us a little more next year, but, only slightly more. USDA Economist Megan Switzer says only about one percent more:
Another price decline may come in fresh fruit, expected to go down nearly three percent and milk and dairy by about 1 percent. Experts hoping that food prices can continue to go down for the typical American over the course of the next several years as the world produces more food.
