No other local fast food made the healthy list. But, Ottawa is stacked full of unhealthy options! Number 9, the whopper from Burger King, number 8, a big mac from McDonalds, three other sandwiches from Burger King made the bottom 10. The unhealthiest fast food sandwich of all , according to the study, the big fish sandwich from Burger King.
USDA experts say that the key to a healthy diet doesn’t mean you can never eat fast food, just do so in moderation. And, oh, by the way, skip the soda and drink a water with your next order, it will help with digestion and save a lot of calories.
