One thing the Ottawa school district faces is declining enrollment for the foreseeable future. School Superintendent Dr Ryan Cobbs says it’s something that’s been known for some time:
Cobbs says the number of children enrolling each year in kindergarten continues to decline year by year, which of course means smaller classes at the high school.
