The Baldwin City Chamber of Commerce has been awarded a $10,000 tourism marketing grant from the Kansas Tourism Industry. The grant will enable them to create and distribute 8,000 Baldwin City tourism guides, showcasing the best the town has to offer to visitors across the state and nation.
Nineteen sucha grants, totaling over $102,000 was awarded by Kansas Tourism. They targeted tourism-related marketing projects to enhance and expand the advertising and attraction efforts of Kansas communities. Each project is designed to attract new visitors to Kansas through innovative campaigns to reach new audiences and showcase the diverse experiences that Kansas has to offer.
