Keep October 16th open. It’s a busy day for the Franklin County Health Department as they have two presentations. The first being a talk by Franklin County Emergency Preparedness Director Tom Winter, who will discuss creating an emergency plan and kit for your home and car for the upcoming winter season. The “Lunch On Us” series is for those 60 years and up.
That evening, a special presentation by EMS Director, Kristi Hilliker giving information on how to use narcan. She will be joined by Libby Davis, who lost her teen son, Cooper, to fentanyl a couple years ago. Health Department Assistant Director Susan Moore:
