A traffic alert for everyone traveling in Ottawa. Ottawa crews will be out this week, throughout the city placing military banners in preparation for Veteran’s day. The banners honor hundreds of Franklin County residents that have served, or are serving in the military. They represent veterans from all the way back to the Revolutionary War through modern day.
Last year, was the first year of the project, and there were 120 banners, but according to organizers dozens more were ordered for this year’s display. The banners will be on display through the end of November.
