Did you know that the Franklin County Cancer Foundation has raised over one million dollars in the past three decades? All of that money stays right here in Franklin County to help those suffering from cancer. They can supply gas cards, nutrition drinks, medical supplies, rides to appointment, hygiene supplies and so much more. A million dollars can go along way, but… cancer won’t be eradicated from the earth until a cure is found, so there is always going to be a need in our community and every community.
The KOFO Cancer Awareness Telethon will be held Friday, October 25th. Want to hear a certain song? Country, rock, rap, opera, R&B, hip hop, blues, jazz, heavy metal, reggae, or disco? If you make a donation to the Franklin County Cancer Foundation, we’ll play it. You pay it, we’ll play it. Call the KOFO Cancer Awareness Telethon on Friday and make a difference in someone’s life, maybe even your own.
