The Franklin County Sheriff’s office has received a grant to upgrade security at the county jail. Franklin County Sheriff ,Jeff Richards, gave the County Commission some details:
Richards also announced that an agreement has been arranged with AdventHealth Ottawa for a sexual assault nurse that will help victims of rape and other forms of sexual abuse.
