One week ago, our Nation was voting for a multitude of national, state and local offices. One unsung hero of the election process is Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, who is in charge of all the ballots, polling places and early voting. Paddock says the election went very smoothly and she owes it all to her election worker staff, 100, of what she describes as the greatest folks in our community:
Record voter turnout in this years election. Paddock says she wishes voters would turnout in force for other elections. All the results for the election in Franklin County will be certified as official on Wednesday after the County Canvas.
