With rumors of voter fraud in different parts of the country, which may or may not have been true, the voter bears a responsibility to make sure his or her vote is accurate. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock says she too had to deal with fears of voter fraud:
There were no reports of any major problems in Franklin County, thanks in part to thorough preparation by county election officials.
