Sextortion is generally defined as when a young person is convinced to send a nude photo to an unknown criminal who poses as a friend…….and then demands they pay hundreds of dollars or they will spread the photos to family and friends. Detective Evan Curtis of the Lawrence Police Department says there are different types of extortion:
