The Ottawa City Commission discussed several topics during a Special Session Monday afternoon, December 9th. One of those is whether the city should allow people to shoot off fireworks inside city limits during the July 4th holiday. City Attorney, Blaine Finch, illustrated what other cities are doing.
Finch will draw up a proposed ordinance for the City Commission to consider at a future meeting. The Commission will have their regular meeting today. The meeting wil be at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall.
