The City of Ottawa is selling all of Proximity Park, northeast of Ottawa, to Lightfield Energy. The company, known for its ties to renewable energy, is not taking this project into renewables, instead building a power plant to supplement the massive amounts of energy needed for data processing storage and other components of the project.
