The second Legislative Coffee was held Saturday, February 15th, at the Ottawa Police Station Court Chambers. The only representative to make it to the event was 59th District Representative Rebecca Schmoe. She answered several questions from those attending. One question involved if she was willing to contact federal representatives about the Trump Administration’s spending cuts that are negatively affecting Kansas farmers and small businesses:
